Ignacio Saturnino “Lou” Molinet, first Hispanic player in the NFL

Super Bowl fans!!! Here you have a pregame post related with the first Hispanic player who joined the NFL. Ignacio Saturnino “Lou” Molinet, a Cuban-American whose parents had come to Cuba from Spain. Molinet, out of Cornell University, signed with the Frankford Yellowjackets in 1927 (two years before Jess Rodriguez did the same with the Buffalo Bisons – see the previous post).
